Wilson and Suzanne McOrist – Founders and Principals

Wilson and Suzanne McOrist founded Computer Troubleshooters in New South Wales , Australia in 1997 and have continued as owners and managers of the global organization. Their current responsibilities include setting overall company policy and managing global sales and support for master franchises. The McOrists have a wealth of experience in establishing and running companies in the technology industry, having founded and managed the 200-franchise Express Bookkeeping company for eight years before founding Computer Troubleshooters. Before that they founded and managed Ram Computer Aid, a computer sales and service company. At both Express Bookkeeping and Ram the McOrists were responsible for strategic direction, setting company policy and spearheading sales. Wilson McOrist earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Melbourne University , and Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Latrobe University.

Chip (Charles) Reaves – National Director and President,

Chip Reaves joined the company in 1999 as National Director of Computer Troubleshooters-USA and later as President. Chip's responsibilities include managing franchise operations in North America (including Canada and Mexico ), supporting franchise operations worldwide and developing new franchise programs. Chip is also a CT-USA franchisee, managing his own franchise in the Atlanta metropolitan area – a good way for him to understand first-hand the challenges and opportunities of franchisees worldwide. Prior to joining Computer Troubleshooters Chip operated his own computer support services company, ChipTech for over eleven years. Chip attended the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), majoring in computer science. Chip is a member of the Decatur ( Georgia ) Business Association and a youth counselor and lay leader at North Decatur United Methodist Church.

Glenn M. Cox – Franchise Development Coordinator

Glenn Cox joined Computer Troubleshooters in 2004 to coordinate franchise development. This critical position involves walking prospective franchisees through the process of due diligence, and reviewing the Computer Troubleshooters information package and the uniform franchise offering circular (UFOC). Additionally, Glenn is responsible for scheduling and reviewing tests of technology fundamentals, developing a prospect profile sheet and developing business plans and feasible territory plans for each prospective franchisee. Glenn has worked in franchising for fifteen years, mostly for startups. Prior to that he ran a retail music outlet selling Steinway, Allen and Yamaha pianos and organs, and owned five music schools in Texas . He also played the keyboard professionally in pop and jazz groups, still keeping his fingers nimble by playing keyboard at church.

Donald Reinsel – Regional Director for Pennsylvania

Donald Reinsel has been a Computer Troubleshooters franchisee since 2000 and also serves as the Pennsylvania regional director, currently based in Stewartstown. As regional director Donald directs the growth and development of new and existing franchises in Pennsylvania , including providing business and marketing support, and acting as liaison between the local franchises and the national organization. Prior to joining Computer Troubleshooters, Donald worked for nine years as Director of Administration for the benefits consulting firm American Retirement Services. He earned his bachelor's degree in business, with a concentration in marketing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and his Master of Arts in Education at Johns Hopkins University . Donald has been married for seventeen years and has two daughters. He enjoys hiking, running and reading.

Richard Warren, Sr. – Regional Director for North Carolina

Richard Warren joined Computer Troubleshooters in 2000 as a master franchise owner and currently serves as the regional director for North Carolina based in Fuquay-Varina outside of Raleigh . His duties as regional director include directing the growth and development of new and existing franchises in North Carolina , including providing business and marketing support, and acting as liaison between the local franchises and the national organization. Prior to joining Computer Troubleshooters, Richard operated his own company – Warren Consulting Group, specializing in computer consulting and insurance sales and service – for twenty-five years. Richard earned a degree in accounting and business from the United States Armed Forces Institute (USAFI) while serving in the US Marines.

Kim Weinberger – Regional Director for Wisconsin

Kim joined Computer Troubleshooters in 2003 as a franchisee and more recently became the Regional Director for Wisconsin . Her duties as regional director include directing the growth and development of new and existing franchises in Wisconsin , including providing business and marketing support, and acting as liaison between the local franchises and the national organization. Kim also works with Wisconsin-based Computer Troubleshooters to create a strong and supportive network in order to provide the fastest and highest quality service to our clientele in the state. Prior to joining Computer Troubleshooters Kim served as the CFO and president of Blackhawk Recovery for three years, and before that worked as director of marketing for the management consulting firm The Hessick Group. Kim is active in local and regional civic and business organizations. She is on the Board of Directors of the LeRoy Athletic Association and is a former president of the Wisconsin chapter of Business Network International. Additionally, Kim is the current president of the Mayville Area Chamber of Commerce and had previously served on the Communications Council of the Fond du Lac Association of Commerce.
